Lots of Babies!

Apparently when it rains, it pours... babies, that is.

In the last week, there have been three babies born to our close friends and family! We were lucky enough to be in Mt. Vernon last weekend visiting family, just days after two of the babies were born on the west side of Washington, so it worked out perfectly for us to see them! The first baby was Sawyer Layton, a little boy, born to JJ and Ashli Jones. JJ and Jordan have been friends since elementary school -- JJ was a groomsman in our wedding. Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures because I was busy holding the little guy... only, he wasn't so little at 9.5 pounds!

The second baby born was our very first niece, Bailey Grace, who is Joel (Jordan's brother) and Julie's second baby. She looks just like Beau, our nephew, did when he was born but just a little smaller. I was able to snap a few shots, although this first one I stole from Facebook because I thought it was so cute of Uncle Jordan and miss Bailey.

Mama and daughter... so sweet! She looks a lot like Julie in my opinion. :)

And last, but certainly not least, my cousin, Sara, and her husband, Jason, had their very first baby last night -- a beautiful little girl named Avery Raye. Avery is the very first grand-baby on my Mom's side of the family, so it was a super big event for all of us! I probably got about 85 calls, texts, and email updates in the last 24 hours alone since they are in Michigan. :)

Sara is barely above 5 feet tall and weighs less than my right leg -- she is teeny tiny to say the least -- and miss Avery was 8 lbs. 2 oz.! She is gorgeous, just like her mama. I just had to steal this picture from Facebook.

All three babies (and mamas) are healthy and doing well -- praise God!
